Delivery & Returns
All orders, including International, are sent via Royal Mail track and signed service. We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address.
During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Christmas etc) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed below.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 4pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING- (2-5 working days)
Due to the current Royal Mail delivery changes, we will no longer be providing next day delivery until further notice.
EUROPE- Including Ireland
Standard Shipping £6- Royal Mail (2-5 working days)
REST OF WORLD
Standard £9- Royal Mail International (7-10 working days)
Please note, duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the duty country. You will be notified by email, phone or mail of any import duty charges due, once payed the shipment can continue to its destination. Unfortunately this is not in our control and therefore we are not responsible for any additional fees.
Safana Jewellery has a 14 day return policy. You can return an item to us for either exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it, providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. Please contact us on email@example.com with your order number to arrange a return.
Returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed from the date we have received them.
Earrings are not refundable for hygiene reasons.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.
If you are shipping an item over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
